Firstly welcome to kasey's nail art, thank you for booking in with me!!
1. About Kasey's Nail Art
These terms and conditions apply to all nail services provided by Kasey's Nail Art. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
I provide professional nail services in my home based space.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be reviewed and confirmed by me before your appointment is secured.
A booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your final payment.
Please ensure you provide accurate contact information so I can reach you if needed.
3. Consultation.
Some nail services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that might affect your nail service, please let me know when booking.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of your booking fee.
No-shows will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept payment by bank transfer only.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the total amount due.
6. Service Guarantee and Refunds
I check throughout your appointment to ensure you're happy with the service.
Once you leave the appointment, refunds are not available for completed services.
For nail extensions, if they don't last as expected, I offer 50% back as an apology - please contact me within a reasonable time frame.
7. Your Privacy
Your personal information is only used for booking purposes.
I will not share your details with third parties.
You can request deletion of your information at any time.
8. General Terms
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
I reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive with infections or conditions that could affect the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time.
8. Age Requirements
My services are available to clients aged 14 and over.
9. Services
Please ensure you select the correct service when booking, as the time allocated to you will be dependant on the booking selected. If you are unsure about which service to select, feel free to contact me via social media or email for more information.
10.sickness
If you are sick I will kindly ask for a reschedule and your fee can be held or re sent to you until you are well to book in with me again.
11. Upon arrival
Please when booking in with me have bear nails unless you have come back with me for a removal then that's okay! I don't remove other nail techs work.
